Suit Negozi offers a seamless return process for all luxury items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all security tags attached. We strive to ensure your shopping experience remains as sophisticated and effortless as our collection.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your order.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the Suit Negozi shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Handover and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated courier point; once received and quality-checked at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
